been really good this week and end up gaining 😢 think it's an age thing
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know how old you both are but I found that every 5 years since I turned 35 I have had to adjust my calories in downwards to avoid putting on weight. It is not fun or fair!

I think there is a combination of reasons why it gets harder as we get older. But you can still do it! Just got to be that little bit more focused
