Weight 180.7 this morning but my fasting glucose was out of sight at 8:00 a.m. = 288. By fasting until 11:00 a.m. I brought it down to 223. I am not happy about these readings, but continue to hope Keto will bring it down as it has in the past. My plan today is a Keto fast with just bullettproof coffee and some almonds. I'm staying with my grandkids most of the nights this week and having difficulty meal planning in the evenings. Lauren's track schedule throws things off, so we have eaten supper out twice this week and that usually isn't the best plan for Keto.
