Hi all, I gained about 9 pounds over the winter - which is not good. One must weigh-in daily. Not weekly except to do an average, if you have no clue where you're going a half a pound a week can add up to easily ten pounds in four months. Weighing in daily also lets you know if you need to watch something you ate, and what your body reacts to, be it salt or sugar or aspartame or Splenda. I am 6'2" tall, so I am not terribly overweight but I need to get to below 220. I am on meds, which some celebrities have said cause extreme weight gain and I can't go off them. I moved in November and it is a bit more difficult to get around when it snows heavily. I am near the church I go to, only a quarter mile away so that is good. They have a special service tonight so I am going. Hi to everyone and I am back on here for the long haul. I got below 190 four years ago. 190s and I am quite thin.
