I think I need to stop eating 4th meals at night. I had a snack last night...nothing heavy.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1082 kcal Fat: 30.15g | Prot: 53.47g | Carb: 143.36g.   Breakfast: land o lakes half and half, sugar free vanilla syrup, coffee, water, active pecan oatmeal. Lunch: coke zero, Deli Style Lean honey smoked turkey breast, green beans, plum. Dinner: Mandarin Orange Chicken without Sauce, Chicken Chow Mein, Pot Sticker, White Rice, Coke Zero, Sweet Chili Pepper Sauce. Snacks/Other: apple pie filling, ralphs lite strawberry yogurt, Ready Crust - Graham, Extra Creamy Whipped Cream, ralphs lite vanilla yogurt, water. more...
