I know it's oonly been the last three days, but I've been trying to watch portions, done some pilates and some walk/jog intervals, and cut back on some desserts and late-night snacking. It feels good, and I'm hoping I rounded a corner. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and start a new weekly weight.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
