The scale says I've lost, but it sure doesn't feel like it! When I look in the mirror I feel like I've gained weight! I don't know where it's coming off.
It has been hard to stick to the diet this week. I've had several lunch meetings and had to eat tons of carbs. I hate the feeling of eating carbs now -- as soon as I eat them, I get huge huge cravings for food like I just never want to stop eating! When I eat carbs I just never feel full!

I sympathize! I keep seeing my numbers go down on the scale but I've yet to feel any lighter...I remember a distinct feeling of "skinny" when I was losing weight after the birth of my son, and after losing 15 pounds I thought I would feel something this go round, but not yet. **Hugs**
