BF xx% (+1.6 lbs). 
I admit, I was a bit let down by some direction Kathy gave me in my recent session and have felt a little sorry for myself this week. Or defeated I guess. But I will keep going and see where it leads. I'm not done yet so I won't know until I get there. Sending in my measurements today though, so that looks like it's heading in the right direction. Looks like I lost almost everywhere. Not sure what I should be looking for with the measurements but I'm sure she will tell me next session.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 59.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
