Weekly weigh in progress#42
BF xx% (-1.8 lbs). This was my first week of the Yogaburn routine. Friday's​ HW done on Saturday just about killed me LOL 🤣 but I will do my best to stick with my new HW. Weighed myself in my socks lol so no BF% until K says to check again.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
