BF 37.6% (+2.4lbs).
Well, I knew I would be gaining this week and maybe next lol. Have a few Christmas parties to attend and will go at it hard again for the New Year. Checking my notes, I have for the most part still been losing but just not too quickly for the last few weeks, it's kinda been back and forth. But it's more important to me to enjoy the holidays as it's been a very long time since I've allowed myself to actually not be in dread and feeling sorry for myself. So there you have it. I will take a little holiday break and start again for the New Year. Can't complain really, I am down to a size 10! I think it's been since I was in my 20s since I wore that size. Hard not to be happy lol 🌲😁
