I was expecting to at least reduce half a kg but I'm stuck in a plateau ..if I'm honest with myself it kind of makes sense I've been eating crap then switch to a healthy less caloric diet but takes some time to digest and get rid of my previous mistakes so as long as I'm not going up should be ok and it'll take some little time before seeing the results (pleeease :( ). Also I have not done any exercise, walking in this city it's seen as weird, everybody drives everywhere..i wish the usa were a more pedestrian friendly place, but I should NOT complain anymore about what I can't change, suck it up and keep on moving!!
