BF 40.0% (-1.2 lbs). 
I will take it. It's actually just a 1lb loss since there was a 0.2 lb gain last week after Kirk's job loss and this past week I had my freedom day. Tonight I have my last commitment with a Tribal call with my spiritual group and then I'm going to be able to focus just on me and my HW finally lol! Sticking with the new exercise HW Kathy gave me this week diligently and I'm kind of glad she's asking me to keep track with paperwork as it helps me be accountable 😉
165.6 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
