Weekly weigh in progress#20
BF 40.3% (-3.4 lbs) I had a freedom day this past week and so to make up did a couple days of very low cals. Still adjusting sleep and to bowel issues but seeing improvement and I have a session with Kathy soon. I think I'm past the halfway point now of my initial goal 😊
166.6 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
