Weekly weigh in progress#19 BF 41.7% (-1.2 lbs) I have one more time obligation for my tribe in October and then I will be able to focus all my energy on my healing journey thank goodness. Looking forward to getting more muscle so I can burn this fat faster! At this rate it will take me another 17 wks. On the bright side, I am now the same weight I was on my wedding day. I tried my wedding band on and it fits . barely. I'm planning on wearing it by next week. Very happy as I haven't been able to wear it for the last 16 years and it's always bothered me. Small victories I will celebrate lol!
