The trouble with getting healthy.... family and friends. Everyone knows best... you're eating too little... you're eating the wrong foods at the wrong times. At least FS family give constructive advice(the emphasis on Advice) I wouls not be breaking this 4 week mark of not for you kind folks. I wish I could meet the starter of this site so I could personally thank them.
