Wk #3 starts today! 2nd official weigh-in after initial weigh-in. Body fat = 41.1%
200.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kept my heart rate around 120 this past week. Enough for a light sweat and breathing without effort. As I get stronger I will see if I can adjust my heart rate up to 150bpm.
