Skipped lunch b/c it's first day w/new app and trying to figure out and log in meals so ate more cals for snack before bedtime (still was under 820 total for day). Also I started exercising on Gazelle and was able to go 32 mins and 1.4 miles so proud of that. (Kathy asked me to walk 1 block outside or do 30 mins or 1/2 mi on Gazelle)
206.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
