Not bad after another wine and protein packed weekend. Kept away from bread, rice and processed anything did however drink waaayyyyyy too much red wine Friday night and indulged in smoked pork loin I made the same day. On the upside I didn't gain and lost one... I'm still a work in progress but happy with my progress. LETS KEEP GETTING IT!!!
