After a couple of weeks of doing amazing, I'm GAINING weight. :( I've been eating the same and working my ass off, but still the number is going up. I was at 135 earlier in the week, and I had to work my way back DOWN to 134. *sigh*

Maybe you're gaining muscles, and hence the weightgain. Or you have been eating the wrong things... I found I gained weight when eating saturated fat, as in chips, even if the total calories were within my RDI and I burned more calories total. I think the body just processes those immediately.

Nice and slow is the key here and remember if you lose a pound a week that is wonderful. You are not eating to lose 5 pounds per week you are eating to be healthy and the weight will come off naturally. I stick all the gime sometimes for 2 weeks then pow the drop comes. Keep up the good work.

You are doing so awesome girl! This happens to all of us. I trust my progress more by how my clothes fit than what the scale tells me. Even when I stay the same weight for a week, I still find that my clothes fit a bit looser. Stick to it!
