How to loose 6.5lb in 1 week the not recommended way.
Get a chest infection, spend three days in bed, mainly sweating, drinking water, tea and one bowl of soup, follow this by two days of feeling a little better but still having no appetite and eating yogurt, soup and a side portion of curry. God I still feel awful. I know as soon as I start to eat and drink properly I’ll gain most of it back.
