My weight has not gone down yet. Today, my husband took my measurements. Exercise builds muscle that increases weight. Hang in there!

I understand the frustration of a gain or not losing. I have stuck on a weight plateau for the last month almost. I have not cheated on eating right or my exercise Frustrating but the answer is always to keep doing the right things and focus on health and fitness. The weight will come off but in the mean the benefits from healthy food and exercise are well worth the effort. You will overcome so keep going.
