Happy with results this week. Have been drinking more water and walking more as part of my training for the Edinburgh moonwalk in June.Finding the diet reasonably easy to stick to not particularly hungry.
Did get a tad hacked off today though because i bought a packet of dried mixed berries from tesco and was happily munching into them only to discover that the berries included vegetable oil and sugar! Moral of the tail, always check the packaging!
