Yesterday we went to a party so I drank a little. I feel bad because of it... I don't understand how, but I lost 1 kg again. Happily. :) But I feel a bit guilty....
136.7 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
