Yay! Weight loss! I think the hotel my sister and I are staying at has a little gym, so I should be working out the next few days, b/c what else am I going to do while I wait on her? Very excited to keep going down.
I was pretty bad with food yesterday, but I don't feel that badly about it since I've been so good. And we can't be good ALL the time, otherwise what's the point? I want to be able to eat some yummy foods, just not all the time.
So I'm getting ready to go meet up with my mom and sister, and then my sister and I are off to TN. I've got everything packed I think, but I'm not prepared for the cold. Although we did have some snow flurries here, but in the "city" (lol I live in a small town) it didn't stick really.
Ok enough. I'm down, I'm excited about it and then should be an interesting, tiring week. Maybe with driving so much I'll burn more calories...Hm...What about singing while you drive? We do that too. :)
