Weight plateaus suck, I keep going up and down by a couple pounds both ways. I know I will break through it, I just have to remember to stay motivated and continue to do healthier things. I have noticed a big difference in my clothes which is making me very happy.
Measurements: Bust = 42 Waist = 37 1/2 (lost an inch) Hips = 44 (lost an inch) Top of Thigh = 24 1/2 (lost 1/2 inch) Bicep = 12 3/4 (lost 1/4 inch) Neck = 15
Lost 2 3/4 inches since last measurement.
Lab results from doctor visit on 3/14/12 said that all of my cholesterol levels are in good range and to keep up the good work! :)
