Things are settling down a bit, now. Getting ready to prepare for tax season, as I work for a CPA, so the pressure and work load over the next 2 months will be tough. I tend to want to eat when I'm under this kind of pressure. I think it's because I'm looking for a "change" of pace, in the middle of the pressure. So, am going to work hard at having good snacks available. I did get rid of all the junk food in the kitchen and plan to go grocery shopping today. I'm pleased that I've dropped 3 pounds this last week. Now, I just need to drop another 4 pounds to get below my lowest point on fatsecret! I was able to watch the first half of "The biggest loser" that I recorded last week. Wouldn't you know it, we recorded over the last half. However, I saw enough of it that I want to keep watching it and I want to struggle for success just like these people will! Here's to a new week on a new trail!
