Well - it's a good start to the day. Instead of waking up with dread in my heart - I was ready and motivated. I knew that last time I planned to begin that it just wasn't my time! However, today is a good day. I have managed to lose a LB by stuffing my face for the last week so that's a good start to the new day. Have a good one.
