Had a few drinks last week, but managed to keep the cycling going.
I rode 158km in four days, including 60km on one of those days. That took slightly less than four hours.
I only lost a pound last week and was up this morning. So... my weight hasn't changed in two weeks!
Frustrating... but that's life. I don't know if I'll ever break through 250 lbs.
