Another 1.1lb down, again mostly water. However a deficit of over 900 calories yesterday would equate to a 'real' loss of about 1/4lb. So I've now lost 5lb of the 6lb I gained on holiday, but only 1/2-3/4lb of that is real body weight, and the rest is water. The remaining 1lb of holiday weight probably is real body weight, and it will probably take me about a week to lose that. In fact tomorrow, I would expect to be showing a slight gain overall due to water, as I'll be eating a bit more today then yesterday (yesterday was a 'fast' day).
