I'm still following Dr. Fuhrmam's nutritarian diet and I'm so pleased to lose weight almost effortlessly. I did cheat yesterday by eating a cookie I baked for Don, and 5 homemade whole wheat croutons, but still lost weight. Still reading "Eat to Live."
