Sugar is not your friend, and oddly if I use foods without sodium, they have too much of a glucose swing, which then causes a sodium balance act NEED that I haven't found the answer to yet.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
