I am running late on my day as usual.
I think I am going to try and go to bed early tonight and get up early to get my workouts in.Me not getting anything done till after noon every day has got to stop.
I feel so lazy:(
On the other hand I lost two pounds this last week so I guess I did something right. I also need to work harder on my eating. It has not been the best since I started the diet/exercise thing again and I know I can do better.

Todays exercise
Bike 30 minutes, resistnace 7, 15-16 mph
Weights 15 minutes, adding on another 10 reps to each set.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good work, Sarah with the 2 lb lost. Every sincgle pound means something. I have to do all my stuff early or the day takes over. But you seem to get it in morning, afternoon or night, so you do well. Enjoy your day!
