It officially took me 3 full days to lose the weight from just one dining out experience, but I also took off another full pound so that is a WIN for sure. Today is my husband's birthday and he wants to go out for dinner tonight. I just made him the big tofu scramble that he requested for breakfast and I know I'll be having wine tonight because it falls into the R&A (rare and acceptable) occasion category. I'll be skipping lunch so hopefully it won't totally knock me off the track. Have a great day everyone.

Thanks everybody. My husband is kinda FOMO so he still hasn't decided where he wants to go eat which makes it hard for me to plan ahead. I usually eat 2 pieces of bread-Ezekiel Flourless Bread-per week Sunnii so that's not a temptation and I'm starting some mono dieting on Thurs where I'll be eating nothing but potatoes so I sure won't want them tonight :-) I'm learning all the time how to order food with minimal salt/oil/sugar/flour and often take my own salad dressing along. It's all good everybody. Thanks for commenting. It's always great to hear from the FS family
