Happy Sunday morning. I'm off to a good start as I got my grocery shopping done last night. This morning I'm roasting a big pan of veggies for this week's lunches. I'm committing to having more salads for lunch this week. It is a tricky one because often times my lunch ends up being something I have to eat in the car. It's tough to eat a salad, or anything but a sandwich or wrap, in the car. I'm counting down the minutes to listen to a live stream event with some (hopefully cool) info on weight loss and improving health/diet. Ziploc and Great Value have measurable snack bags, I get those and fill them up with vegetables and low carbs food, grab a few and you will always have food to munch on. A active life can be challenging.
