Today I get back on track and start my journey again after 3 weeks of going off it.
My weight this morning is 111.5kg.
This first week should give me a decent drop by my Saturday morning weigh-in.

I'm going to have a workout from tomorrow. I haven't been to gym in the last 3 weeks I think. Today starts off with a Fast Day and I'm going to train light this week.
