I actually started Atkins induction a week ago and started at weighing 226
lbs. I was having trouble navigating the Atkins site, and someone told me about Fat Secret...so here I am. I just want to be able to find ones going through this diet for support. Mostly I will be looking for buddies, and of course food ideas etc, and helpful support. Anyway...here I am!

I've been on keto, which is similar to Atkins so I'm with you on this!

Thanks NessaNu and Sarah1950...Actually I started a week ago on Induction (Atkins) and I weighed 226 now I am 222 so that is 4 lbs. Hooray. My friend suggested FatSecret because it had a easier to use format. So I am looking for good low card recipes and other friends to help support me, and I them. Thanks so much for both of you responding to me.
