Back up again. I've not stuck to the program that well this week and have had more than 1.5 days of cheating.
From Saturday onwards I'm on plan till 30th April with no cheat days. Then during my YTT I'm going to cheat as little as possible. This means I need to get some prep done next week to have it frozen ready to go.
