So I'm gonna complain about this week. I was super psyched because my half week check up was at 155 lbs (1.2 down), but then TOM decided to come Sunday, and I am a bloated cow. Needless to say, I have some water weight. UGH.
Anyways, I did play volleyball 3 times this week, and ran 4 times, and that is my goal again for this week. Still thinking of reward ideas for my milestones. Open to suggestions!
