it might just take a while. THose last lbs love to hold on for dear life. With my goal being 135, once I got down to 140, I was only losing 1-2lbs a month! lol But I got there :-)

I knowwww its so tough. I was once 140. But my goals were way different back then. I just wanted to be super skinny. Now I want to be strong and lift heavy. So I guess I have to say goodbye to ever weighing 130 again haha! But I know I should atleast get to 145.... My trainer just tells me I cannot cheat. Atleast for a while until I get closer to my goal...its such a struggle a mental one at that!

Yay for strong and lifting heavy! I am all for losing body fat and building muscle. The Idiot Box number is secondary.
