Hello I'm new on the site. I lost a bunch of weight, over 100 lbs, but I've slipped and gained 13 lbs back. I want to lose the weight and maintain. I could use some support. I live in Port Richey Florida

My mom was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 2 years ago. Last week she ran/walked a half marathon! You can definitely do whatever you set out to do, sometimes you just need help getting started. What kinds of food do you struggle with?

Carbs--bread, pasta, sweets. I use it as comfort food.

I am in my 50's and can't work due to fibromyalgia, so I get pretty bored and I eat. It's hard to keep busy because of pain.

I've struggled with depression for the last ten years and take medication for it. It took a long time to find a medication that works, but we found one and my depression is mostly under control.
