Still losing weight, but more slowly. Resisted fish and chips then ice cream yesterday at the seaside. Omelette and salad instead then black coffee and clotted cream. Need to get back into working out.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
