Sooo close. The good news is that I’ve gained muscle and water. So, I’ve lost more fat then the total pounds show on the scale. But I’m not in a big hurry to make my goal. I’ll get there by the end of the year. Slow and steady when’s the day.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 129.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
