OkOk so that's the end of the 1st 4 week journey of calorie deficit low carbs high fats 150g daily protein journey. 2.6kg down, blood glucose levels down under 10mmol regularly with reduced oral meds💪 I learned a lot about myself and habits and ways to handle any cravings. I was by no means perfectly 💯 -still allowed myself to have the occasional controlled treat. Let's see what the next 28 days brings 🎉🔥
