Somehow lost my journal entry I did earlier, so will be super short. Long walk last night, a little too much on the foot, will cut back to around 3 miles and work back up to 4. Blob holding, muscle receding a little, did a little over 10 minutes hard burn on the rower last night, going to do a longer less fast session today, yard work to get done.
13 rows in the boat, going for 14 shortly. My Erg app says I’m at 500K meters which isn’t bad for only going 1-2 times a week the past year. I’m doing pretty well on this 30 day challenge other than the one night i skipped because I fell asleep. Legs are good, core is starting to look more lean and rowing works a different set of muscles than swimming.
All that aside, once i get this session in, it’s yard work time. Oh, the fun we’ll have.
