Muscle weighs more than fat, right? I can only hope that is what it is, I've been sticking really well to my diet other than last nights homemade dinner.. hmm.
259.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Google "Why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. You can retain water for many reasons which mask your losses.

no, a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat...a pound is a pound. but a pound of muscle is more dense than a pound of fat so it takes up less space. that's why you can stay the same weight but lose inches.

O_o maybe it is just water weight. I really didn't splurge on any food all week, and have been doing so great on my intake and exercise.
