A .2 loss - I'll take it considering I haven't weighed in for awhile and I was carb loading a bit last week. I recently learned that endurance athletes shouldn't lose more than a half a pound a week anyways - need that fuel for working out! that just means it'll take all year to get back to where I want to be. 🫠
