My journey is one of weight loss but more so my overall health and fitness. Especially now, that I’m in my early 60’s (61 to be exact) I’ve been trying to stay on a very low carb/ no sugar simple way of eating. Eating only the best ingredients I can find that are fresh and preferably locally grown. It can be hard at times but I’m determined to try my best every day.
