I’m quite enjoying counting calories thanks to FS. 😄
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1747 kcal Fat: 67.49g | Prot: 69.93g | Carb: 218.20g.   Breakfast: Apples , Silver Hills Little Big Bread, Tostitos Salsa Medium, No Name Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cauliflower (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Sweet Potato , Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh. Dinner: Apples , Cupcake with Icing, Lay's Classic Chips (16g), Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Cheese, German Style Potato Salad, Beef Barbecue Sandwich or Sloppy Joe on Bun. Snacks/Other: Dairy Queen Vanilla Cone (Small). more...
