Identifying your triggers is a great NSV Sara! Good going! I write it down...I love making lists, it's my way to stay organized. I have multiple triggers and when I find another one I add it to my Trigger list and then I avoid it in the future. They are sneaky and they hide inside recipes and boxed dinners and meals out. Being conscious and mindful about what you ate right before everything goes sideways is the best tool for learning.

Thank you Debra I'm so upset with myself I did good and didn't eat from 5pm til 7am this morning because I had gotten little more sleep but then breakfast was chicken and strawberries like always I'm trying to cut back on the strawberries once what I have is gone and the watermelon too I'm going to try and not buy anymore for awhile anyway I don't know how good it will work out but I'm going to try. Anyway we had nothing laid out or prepped for supper which I eat by 1pm and went out to eat and I have been trying not to go out to eat too did good for almost 2weeks but I am in my calories range of 2,000 but way too much carbs and I am hoping I don't gain water weight because of the sodium in the food. I will continue to do better than that but I just hate it that sometimes I give in to it. Like my husband said as long as I don't do it all the time and make it a habit like we used to eat out 2times a week then it should be ok but I want to get to where I don't have to eat out at all.

I think have that jiffy cornbread mix yesterday had me in the mind frame to continue eating more carbs than I wanted because I craved carbs yesterday and somewhat today. I will be back to normal tomorrow though since I already ate breakfast and dinner for today I only eat 2meals and a dill pickle for a snack.

Also going on vacation in Oct to either Florida or Tennessee not sure yet which one my husband won't tell me for sure where he wants to go so if I can continue to loose 10-15pounds by the middle of Oct that would be another 30-45pounds I can loose and if I get 45lbs off I'll be under 300which will be so great for me..

I also crave carbs I think we all do, the body is withdrawing from the sugar. I find proteins fill me more for a longer time. I restarted my diet this week after having company for a few weeks. Love when my kids come but I must stop celebrating occasions with food. I decided to do something radicle and began an 800 calorie daily, so far so good, down2 18 to go... lol

Those boxed cornbread mixes have loads of sugar which triggers cravings. Be careful about mixes.

Sara, he has to make up his mind soon about where to vacay! A girl's gotta pack and those two different places require a totally different wardrobe!! LOL! You are gonna be amazed at your progress as you decrease your carbs and increase your fasting. Once you get to a 16/8 daily fast and when you manage to get your carbs down to 50, you are going to start seeing a fairly steady drop. Because you weigh daily you will still see ups and down, but your weekly average loss will tell the tale! You are setting goals, you are making plans, you have an optimistic attitude....you got it going on my friend!!!!

Bread! Awe, bread in any form is one of my numerous triggers. I just can't do it without getting thrown off the train.
