In the ER with Lena, she had vertigo and extreme nausea. I never want that. poor thing she couldent move her head without swwoning and throwing up. Dont eat cheese and pastrami for dinner again . too many calories. Eat more protein red box from WW has some good high protein breakfast.and only 260 cal. Mary jo is turning 60 today she looks great and seems to be having a great time good luck Mary, Happy Birthfay.
