I realized I needed to get serious about my diet and actually stay within my points and not just count points cause I haven't been keeping track of the extra points and makeing sure its under extra 35 a week.So I added a rule so I can meet my christmas challenge . Three days a week I can't go on the computer unless I go on the tredmill or excersize in some way. I just got myself to go on the tredmill by doing this for the first time in 6 weeks. :)
